Ilana is a designer and writer from upstate New York who is obsessed with handmade typefaces and playful patterns. In addition to her typography, illustration, and design work, she is also an adjunct professor who helps educate other artists to pursue their passions through her best-selling book Mind Your Business. She is also a co-owner of Goodtype. Her work is very tasteful visually, but when she's not creating, she's eating pizza in the backyard oven with her family and playing with her toddlers.
