Heather Rosas
Heather Rosas, from a small town in western Massachusetts, knew she wanted to be an illustrator when her second-grade teacher gave her a copy of Ed Emberley's The Big Green Picture Book. Many summers she painted butterflies and flowers in the back yard. Heather graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Art in Boston with a BACHELOR's degree in graphic design before moving to California.
She has worked in children's marketing, first at Intervisual Books and then at Mattel in charge of Barbie consumer products. She now shows and operates in many markets, such as fabrics, gifts, greeting cards, party paper and home decor. She lives in harmony in sunny Southern California with her amazing husband, two lovely children and a lovely American bulldog.
