Kouzou Sakai
Kouzou Sakai started out in academia, graduating in animal science and biotechnology. There is no doubt about his affinity for nature, as he depicted people, plants and animals in a variety of sometimes wonderful Settings. He loved animals, birds, insects, plants and sketched them from an early age. After graduating from the university's department of Animal science and Biotechnology, he worked in design. He has been working as a freelance illustrator since 2002. Kouzou creates everything from mysterious, surreal worlds to clear and conceptual infographics for clients in editorial, publishing and advertising.
